HDPE Pipes & Coils
HDPE Pipes are produced using High-Density Poly Ethylene Polymers, namely PE-63, PE-80, and PE-100. They come in various sizes, ranging from 20mm to 500mm (with the possibility of increasing the size if needed), and have pressure ratings from 2.5 to PN 16.0.
Conforming to Standards
Hdpe Pipes and Coils used in the system are manufactured using 100% virgin High-Density Polyethylene Granules. They meet or exceed the standards set by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) according to IS 4984:2016.
Applications
Water Supply Systems:
- Suitable for water distribution networks
- Can replace G.I. Pipes in Borewell applications for submersible pumps
- Used in suction and delivery lines of jet pumps and centrifugal pumps
Industrial Applications:
- Effective for handling corrosive effluents, chemicals, and treated/untreated wastes
- Suitable for transporting acids and alkalis
- Used for conveying edible oils, fruit pulps, juices, milk, and other food products
- Serve as ducts for air conditioning and ventilation systems
- Effective in transporting slurries such as iron ore and fly ash
Environmental Protection:
- Utilized in industrial waste treatment plants and water treatment plants
- Suitable for sewerage drainage systems
- Used for disposing of sand slurry in dredging operations
